PE Shelter

After doing some extensive tests with shelters, having a high dmg % does a SHITLOAD...yes a shitload of difference.

I heard some people talking about capping a shelter on a PE. Currently the best I can get on a 5slot shelter with 120% dmg is 342%.

This is with your standard setup....75/50/22.

*WITHOUT* changing a brain imp, does anyone know how it would be possible to get this up?

i think i got 79 PPU on my PE . . .

How much PPU you got on urs atm ? I havent tried doing anything like lomming my hackin into PSU tho, maybe that would make a big difference . . .

I tried going up from 75, and the facts are that 3 points in PPW give better %'s then one point in PPU....

Sooo...you actually get less then 342% by going over 75 in ppu.

As for PSU, it only makes a difference in mana pool and frequency...and range maybe i dunno and dont really care about that one.

Typo...what I meant was 3 points in PSI POWER give more then 1 point in PPU.

Meaning after hitting 75 PPU, you are losing out by not putting into psi power.

And my PE has alot of PSU it doesn't effect DMG % on spells... :\

Actualyl ya i do got a 5slot shelter its 120 dmg/freq/range.

Remember I play on Saturn...if its not rare I got a 5slot :rolleyes: (good old 4charness)

Anyone ever try a Defensiv PSI Processor 1 on a pe? I doubt its wortth using.. :\

I tested a shelter at 442% damage with my PE, I also had a ppu cast standard shelter on me (before they applied the patch changes were shelters casted by others have reduced effectiveness). I didn't notice any difference compared to my current 333%.

err 342 is with a setup for Heat 1.......... 50 mst should only be if yer planning on heat / haz 1. otherwise its far from needed and very more well spent in ppw. oh and skip anything above DB it isnt worth it imho ( except maybe heat 1 which im testing out atm.)

I've got a 3 slot shelter so it's 120% dmg. I used to have 75/50/22 but then LOMed to 69/42/41. The shelter is at 360%.

Everytime i took a PPU lom and put those points into PPW the dmg went up. It started dropping at 68/42/43.

Vary fast run speed
decent shelter
and better damage taken then a tank sincei almost hav uber tank resis on my pe in all resis other then posion :(

capped libby even in fre.

only problem is my skill is lacking since i havnt been playing him latly in pvp. i used to beable to get all my amno to hit with libby but i only get half latly :( which really suxs

pheer my spy 140% stock bought shelter
and yea i did notice a small dif between my stock against fenix 5 slottet one.. stock one i did get Double ko against roro.. with fenix's shelter i did win :P

ok i got 377% on my shelter 120 % damage

i got 36 mst
68 ppu
50 ppw

You can get to 400% by not using the 75/50/22 more like the 75/35/37 or something probably but I like meh boosters :D

Yes but they didnt just make foreign casted shelters 50% less effective, they also changed the formula so that the DMG% had more effect on the shelter/deflector spells.
That was one of the Hybrid "solutions", so that a 250% Holy Shelter wouldnt be as good as an 500% one.
