What happpend in plaza?

I just reactivated my account and took a look about Plaza and pepper park.

Did the copbots have a recruitment drive or something? they are absolutely every where.

Plus have the game is now noticeably bugger than when I left it.

the new armor is private eye pistol/rifle and spy pistol/rifle
you get it from a guy in sector d_11 NW corner...

The recent patch seems to have caused more fatal errors.

I havent been able to try it out at all yet however.
