Mouse Sensitivity

is there a way to increase the Mouse Sensitivity beyond what the GUI 'mouse bar sensitivity' allows you to select. I need about an extra 20-30%, maybe there is a file that can be edited ?

does changing the windows mouse sensitivity make a difference? this would be the first thing i would try...

if not bug a GM for the keyboard command to change sensitivity (surely there is one) and do it like that
