Euro patch for US installs

months and months ago i downloaded something that changed the US version to the Euro version (i.e. naked strippers in PP :D )
I have searched and searched and can not find it again.

I am not sure if it was "official" or not, but i thought that a employee of KK had created it.

Anyone know where to find it?

I havent seen it mentioned and i am sure many people would love to see it again;)

I think that patch only works on the clerks at Yo's, Hudson.

Now let me go home, the anticipation is killing me.

Hopefully this will get to alot of people that did not previously know about it.
