How do I lower my combat rank??

Its stuck at 26, and i need to do my epic kill on a lvl 2 runner.

I tried:

1) Fist
2) knife
3) zoning with knife
4) killing my self

Theres nothing on me except a psi glove and a stiletto.

So what am i missing here????

Keep zoning. It'll change eventually. I usually zone back and forth between plaza 3 and plaza 1. It takes like 20 zones.

Yup, you gotta zone about 10 or 20 times....it will change eventually. If it doesn't, GR from plaza to your app until you get 99% SI.

I've found that some zone boundries work better than others at varying times - sort of try different ones

I would guess sometimes you are transferred to a different server or process at the zone line and sometimes you are not, who knows

once you have lowered rank --- do not draw a wepon, you can only punch

taking off armor and wepons does help, put them in GR

seems ot be easy to do for a tank and hard to do for a PE - no clue

Zone and wait, thats all you can do.

Sometimes my rank drops to 0 everytime i zone, then again its stuck at 82 for 2 days even when i zone a 1000 times and dont use a better gun than a pe. My normal pe rank would be 69.

Last time I tried was zoning between Plaza-1 and a sewer like 25 times. It changed eventually.

I think KK should make a new command:

/set combat_rank 0

I hate having to zone about 30 times so I can lower my rank to get xp from cave teams.
