Tech Problems

I just restarted my neocron acct. after not playing for about a year. I tried out one character which worked, then made a knew one. After I clicked on it it booted me back to the main screen and said something about a world client java error. I also get this when I hit play game :

downloading broken file terrain\terraingfx.dat
SERVER-ERROR Requested file not found.

tried the "check files" button? The file is huge though and you will be bored stiff downloading it. (its about 665 mb :))

Yep I tried that too. It also loves to freeze after loading my character. Why do you hate me neocron??:confused:

Try this: delete the file \Neocron\patches\FilesToFix.inf

because youve been away for too long. it knows u know. it waits, and when you least expect it, it comes back for you. MUHAHAHAHA

try restarting the client from scratch, failing that reboot pc. Dont know why but i got that error once and rebooting pc seemed to sort it..... im not teccy btw.

Ok it no longer has that terrain message yet it still freezes after I click on my character. My specs are :

AMD Athlon 2400 XP, MMX, 3DNow 2.0 Ghz
384 mb ram
ATI Radeon 7200 64mb
