well thats nicely said hp but the role i`ll be taking would put me in the firing line from start to finish so to speak and the concern that extra grief and such would get in the way with my ability to do the job i`ll be employed for.

Its something i really wanna do but its gonna be a hard position to start with extra hastle from people deliberatly trying to cause it will make it even harder
