Rugby, we give New Zealand a good scare, score the 4th highest try count ever against the all blacks - and lose
Rugby, we thrash the English, scoring more tries than them, out play them, totally kick their arse's - and lose
Football, Euro 2004, the first leg, we keep Russia to a 0-0 draw, away (that means in Russia) at home, infront of a 73k crowd at the millenium stadium, we lose, 1-0, and again, we miss out on a major event for the 54th year running :(

Still, we beat the Zulu's at Rourkes Drift (Americans should watch the film hehehe)

Not bad for a country with only 3 million people, but, this month sux to be welsh :(

first, Russia has the oportunity to select players from a much larger population.
second, their motivation is higher because they get to come to wales :D

think positively, when the next six nation's comes around we'll have the chance to lose to Italy (again) then who'll care that we lost to England, New Zealand OR Russia

(And dont forget it was Welsh Longbowmen who decimated the French at Agincourt :D )
