ok, so once again the PSI PA runs fucked, I had a PA3 sitting in me gogo, the fucker decides to disappear into thin air so i go start the run again, so now im at the stage when i need to get the tech parts from K_14, BUT THERES NO DAMN NPC THERE ?!? wtf is this all the needed NPC's bugger off for thanks giving a few weeks early or something ?

So anyway i put in a help request, i get #3, ok fine ill wait a bit for my turn, after a hour i check it, #5, WTF !?!, then just checked it and now IM TENTH !!! WTF !!! O_o!!!
