I downloaded the Video Demo, and it actually looks really nice. The ScreenSavers guy on techtv even said its good and they seem pretty trustworthy.

Looks kinda cool but I have a lot of reservations. Every mouse-alternative I've ever tried has ended up on a shelf gathering dust.
Still, 125 of those nonsense-euro-dollars it's hardly a lot to pay to try it out. Might give it a go.

No idea why it's so much less (maybe he's the US distro?) but the saving is huge if you are tempted.

I'm quite happy with my mouse.
The thought of having to move my entire hand erratically in the air to target someone sounds like too much hassle, when I can just push the mouse 2cm in the appropriate direction!

I'm not sure it's any use in Cron as most reviews say it's not good for FPSs.
It's supposed to be good in strategy and god-type games though and also in Windows.
I'm definitely curious to see. I'll post back when I get mine and let people know if it's any good.
I'm very curious too see how well this thing works.... could be pretty cool.

by the looks of it no.
PCGamer UK (Score 22%/100) they said it was absolutly pointless
when they tested it on Black&White saying it "opened several programs with the flick of a wrist but sadly only by accident"
and made easy things pointlessly hard.
imo it looks like a Stab at something original but doesent quite work out right.
Just my 2 cents.

And Matt, I tend to trust most gaming magazines as much as I trust the "professional" movie critics. E.g. - Not a whole lot.

Not that I've got one of those things, I've got better things to do with the money I have, and I'm pretty much the "0\/\/|\||-|4X0|2" when it comes to using mice and keyboards because of not having done anything else in the last 12 years when it comes to gaming. :P

Google found about 6 reviews for me. The average was 6 or 7/10. Most raved about it's performance in B&W so I think PCGamer are just living up to their reputation of being un-informed muck-fuppets.
Main complaints seem to be 1) range - you can't wonder round large rooms with it, 2) accuracy in FPS games and 3) concern over levels of support as it has no Direct-Input driver.
For <£40 I am happy to guinea-pig the thing for a laugh.
WELL! i purchased mine, just gotta wait on the shipping and ill give my review =P good thing someone posted that ebay link, or else i wouldnt of bought it for 170 US dollars, thats just fucking retarded... buuuut for 50 bucks why not try it out
