Here are 7 ringtones. who can guess what they are meant to be first?
made on a Nokia 3310 so phear the monotones! (high notes sting a bit)

little note: Ringtone 5 is from mid-song, so is a little more tricky to get. ignoring the fact that i made them :D
if anyone wants the notes to any of the tunes, PM me the ringtone number and i'll reply asap (can only supply the nokia notes, you'll have to convert them if you got another make of phone)

I know it from where it was used, i think it has got an name though....

Number 1 sounds a little like a clip from "For Whom The Bell Tolls" by Metallica. It's probably not that though.
/edit1 - #6 is Obi-Wan's theme from Star Wars. Don't ask ;) I'm told I'm wrong but I don't believe it. :p The soundtrack title is "Binary Sunset" but the music is Ben Kenobi/Obi-Wan's theme. OK I'll revise that again! It sounds like the processional version of Ben's theme from the throne room scene at the end of Star Wars. That's my final answer!

I too own the music to Sonic. Starlight Zone is the best one though.

To really hear that tune at it's best you need an XG soundcard or the Yamaha SXG SoftSynthesiser (http://www.yamaha.co.uk/xg/html/midplug/m_syg50a.htm) installed
My phone ringtune is a remix of the Sonic: Ice Cap Zone Theme, if I can find a mic I'll record it ;)

Got a load of the FF soundtracks at home, including the 4-CD set for FF8! Man, that music STILL sends chills up my spine! :)
I challenge you to turn the Chocobo theme into a ringtone (preferably Mods De Chocobo)! Would challenge you to convert the Project X-2 theme into one, but I fail to see how a mobile phone can reproduce a baseline that's been through a compresser something like 25 times! :D

Especially good if you're melee then you CAN start omnislashing everyone :D

ive already got more tunes ready for quiz 2, just have to put them in my phone.
Omnislash is THE best looking and sounding limit break. but is outdamaged by Lionheart in FFVIII
Omnislash is still my favourite though, because you have to earn it and charge up to use it. You can hax limit breaks on FFVIII
