Info about Gloves?

Where can i find info about the IMP/RES/CST/REP/PKE gloves, what they require and what skillbonuses they give.

Not sure if its posted anywhere, someone else might.
But the ones I have seen have a +15 to the stat +5 to the main skill (Int or Dex) +10 to Transport (at least on the cst glove), -100 to all weapon skills (RC, PC, etc...)
The reqs are 60+ of either Int or Dex from what little I know about them.
