Ok, where is this Terminator?

I play a hell of a lot of Neocron, as you can probably tell by my sig. I took a break for a few weeks but im back now, and ive been playing since beta 4. I play on a day to day basis, during the week im not the busiest guy in the world.

Since the Terminator book was released, I have not seen one book....one terminator part set....or one actual terminator itself.

You would think once someone got one, they would be showing it off in PP1. Especially someone like divide. I could see it being divide or rizzy getting this thing before anyone else, and I pretty much guarantee you that they would be showing it off.

Yet I have never seen it, ever. I would love a new toy to have some fun with on my rifle PE.

Honestly, is this thing in the game? Or did someone mess up and forget to make the books drop...OR is the drop rate SO damn low that the current Neocron population isn't farming enough to have a decent chance at even seeing one?

Someone please...give me a screenshot from retail, give me some hope. :p

when the drop rate is how it should be, the run wil be introduced, i believe its still being designed?

I think the peeps have more important things to do than add more problems, but, id like to see it soon, the guns ingame, at least on test server.

I 100% agree with you. They should be by all means fixing bugs over putting in new weapons.

BUT....they took the time already to put the weapon in the game, make the run (We were told it was completed when the NPCs for the pe/spy armor were completed) .... they may as well sit down and take 15 minutes to add a decent drop rate, since thats all there is left to do...

From what i understand... the book is in retail (just the drop rate is like 0.1%) but the NPC's are not in retail yet.
They want to tweak the drop rate to be what they determine as "Just right" and if the tweaking makes there be too many books, they want the right to be able to delete all that people have so far.

Thats how i understand it,

If I understand correctly, the book is there, but has less than 1% chance of dropping on cave bosses, and less of a chance of dropping on other rare-dropping mobs. If you rationalize it, that means it should take roughly the amount of time to get a book as it takes to, say, complete a CS (judging by the chances of parts dropping on mobs, the number of parts in the rare pool, and so on).

Trouble is, the book is there but the mission that goes with it apparently is not. So it looks like the book is out there, but you can't get from point A to point C. So no Terminator.

I haven't killed many cave mobs recently but I've killed lots of tech dropping mobs and had about 500 techs since the release of the books on these mobs but no luck so far :(

Which is what you'd expect since you have to do an epic run for it like the Speed Gun, Prototype Laser, DoY Raygun etc.

There are lots of 120 120 120 120 weapons on pluto that are only ammo modded and have no constructor name. Of course they were all made by gms but oh well ~__~
