Kami question

just curious why the kami takes away so much intel....... anyone know?

it stops my spy using the heavy belts (and medium with the stupid PA on - WHY THE HELL DOES SPY PA TAKE AWAY INT?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!1/1/1/1/1/1/1)

SA+SF+ExpBal 2+ExpBal 3= +16 INT

The kami giving -20 INT, makes you able to wear the heavy fire belt.
If you throw in a Adv Nerves 3 you have a total of 101 INT, and you can wear all belts :)

I was under the impression that the rifle kami took away 30 intel? I'm pretty sure it did because I couldn't do anything to use heavy belts without gimping myself to hell and back in the process.

-INT malus is so rifle spies cannot become "uber" and had insane damage and good resists at the same time.

Pfft... like spies could become uber :p
