i'm so fucking sick of those ranks, ppl with 61/6 or whatever just
standing in caves and leeching exp because some fu**er added
them to team anyway and taking exp that's rightfully mine & the
rest of the teams

its just a bug...calm down... and normally only the person who is effected can only see the rank...

I don't have a screenie of it but once on roll I had 127/2
It's probably reproducable..
I remember being a 80/39 tank when the rhino bug was about, the gun gives you 80 rank, and back then it never recalculated it when you zone a few times, so youd be stuck with that rank for days lol

if they haven't fixed it, there was an occasional zoning bug with mc5 that boosted your rank to 127 no matter who or what you were, I suffered from that one a few times but the only times I got screenies were on my PE, and those are now heavily photoshopped because I didn't wanna let people know my PE was in MC5 when it happened :p

My PE's been 127/15 before now... that's a buggy MC5, though it don't realy matter cause I'm hunting the base personel anyway so still getting XP..

but anway, the way ppl do it is with a 150 implant tool from what
i've heard, have no idea how, but they said they used a 150 imp tool :/
and there is a rank exploit i can promise u that, when you are in
tg caves you are bound to run into someone with uber rank, then u realize he is only /5 or something...

yeah its the remote 150 implant tool (costs 1 mill) gives u a + 42 to rank ..so with ppu buffs u can get like 62 at /2

Anyways, the only bug I wish affected me would be the green PE bug. I remember Jethro from Pluto was a PSI and he was a green PE. I wish I had that bug.
u got rank /70 so u lose :p as one monk on pluto has 127/63
im regularly a 2 star tank :)
i just cant get it to 66/xx
cos then i`d be 66/66 which would be amusing :)

I think I used about 10-15 effects there...rofl...
As for the /70, like I said, and like Q said, it's reproducable, even /2 characters can have it, in newbie or oldbie MC5.

I contacted a GM today and found out that using [edited] to get your rank is infact an exploit. I had reported a PE who was 62/26 leeching for peeps in the caves. He recieved a warning.
I urge everyone whos sees someone with a rank like this to report it immediately.
Edit: Edited how to get the high rank, although most people know how to do it. :rolleyes:

and my noob droner is like 60/30 ( rounded cant remember the exact numbers, havent palyed in about a week. .. but gonna start playin again bcuz im sick of ffxi )
