help cant play, account expired

i cant log on, it says my account has expired and i didnt get credited for another 6 months automatically. what do i do? i have money on my credit card account so that's not the problem and when i go in modifiy setting i cant change jack shit or reactivate it!

plz help me or i'll have to go face civilization again :P

i did write an email to account neocron and u told me to write to french guys o_O

i am french i know but i play on saturn and speak english, besides i know for a fact french people are lazy and slow so i know i'll get a quicker response on english folks :D
