Aggressive PPU nubs

And this is why they should be nerfed into the ground.

Seems there's 2 type of ppu

1) Those who want to aid in an op war and genuinely play ppu as they were designed

2) Those who run around and dont want to be able to die, but want to be able to gank - and often attack low ranks is its easier.

I hope they nerf (2) good.

but it was just sooooo much fun beating a Tank and a PE to death at CRP, them 2 were rank 60+ I am /57 and only used para damageboost and my baseball bat =)

Evs - some people are abusing the system doesn't mean everyone should suffer... so my suggestion is removal of PvP Damage over 1 per hit and reduction in RoF across the board for those spells :p
