just tried going there to check some account details and u get the msn thingy where it cant find the site

try www.worldpay.co.uk/shopper
it's something like www.worldpay.com/manager or something...
first go www.worldpay.com and there account managment where you see the correct links

It's not directly a DNS issue, it would appear.

support.worldpay.com is still available, so it's probably not an AS routing issue either.

I'd imagine the web server process (or load balancer) for that specific site has died.

hmmm, this morning i could get on the site but not log on

Just saw a report about it on UK TV (BBC2 Working Lunch - a sort of financial/business affairs programme).

Apparently they have been under a co-ordinated DoS attack, mainly by e-mail flooding.

Things are mostly getting back on track, but performance may be degraded for a while.
