Yep Ive seen it. Its supposed to be set after the matrix flms, which means Neo doesent destroy ito_O

doesnt ruin the film... i knida thourght he never destroys it anyway ...the oracle said the futre would be reached together.

agent smith wants to destroy the matrix cos hes trapped. if neo destroys the matrix everyone would die + i think neo dies =)
