How Do You Contact GMs/ Faction councillors?

you´ll find a lot of their names, and adresses in this thread ^^

if you have a problem that requires help .. . hit the button to bring up your RPOS . usually tab ;) .. . and then click the "?" in the top right corner and fill out a help or bug ticket . . when they get to your ticket a GM usually shows up . . . well when i've needed help a GM has usually shown up eventually as for faction Con. . .. well .. .. ask in faction chat maybe .. that's saying your faction even has one :D

I believe all the factions now have their fill of councellors. The thing thats problematic with the link posted above is that though it gives their e-mail addresses it doesn't specify who is the FC for each faction. I would suggest asking on faction chat or checking the faction private bulletin board, there should be a message there from your councellor.

When you get to this page (http://neocron.jafc.de/showthread.php?postid=959276#post959276) of the Faction Councellor thread, Arbiter gets a little more specific. That's the list as of September 27th, and I think that the additions made since then have introduced themselves a few posts down.

Anyway, it has e-mails and is broken down by faction. Hope it helps.

You can PM them on the forums, or mail them ingame. As Delmann said, the list is dated as September 27th.

I believe we now have a faction counsellor for every faction, except for for CityMercs. There is still only one Tsunami counsellor.

I'll find out about listing the servers that each Counsellor helps on.

A lot of GMs rarely answer thier ingame mail anyway as they tend to get spammed a lot.

Strangley enough when I was in MC5 with some SYN mates the crahn councilor knew exactly where we were which was weird but the list on those links are out of date, I know for a fact that atleast crahn and FA have new councilors on english servers.
