Can't say if he's for real or not..I rarely visit PP..

But PP has been filled with.. ... 'anime'ish things for a long time now, thanks to TS' origin.

I think that there definitely needs to be a reason to go to pepper park.... hmmm.... that gives me an idea.

Yeah the Hentai stuff has always been there.... I held an event in the Pepper park pub a few months ago and noticed it. Though I don't think that it is in any of the tsunami venues, just the Black Dragon Pub in sector 2.

Well PP is far away from Plaza 1...i keep hearing in plaza 1 "YOU KNOW, WE REALLY COULD USE SOME STRIPPERS IN PLAZA 1", whereas they could just head to pp club or the pp pub and sit and mess about.....people are too lazy to move about....

its in the old PP bar that kk must have forgot about( you can usually tell if a sectors old when u can't target the doors ) ... its in PP sec 2 , through the door on the floor above the BD shooting range, great place to hang out :)
