You all know the drill.
Tank nerf
Tanks are now stuck to the spot, when cannon is drawn they become overloaded and unable to move.
CS nerf, reduced ROF to that of Malediction, reduced burst oif the weapon to 1 / Burst.
removed all tank armors,
changed tanks con cap to 10,
Massive runspeed nerf, tanks are now just unable to move.
Monk boost
Holy Lightning now has double range, double damage, PSI req reduced to psi 1..
All starting monks now start capped with all equipment.
Removed runcasting, and replaced it with warp speed casting.
Warpspeed casting, like runcasting only faster.
PE Boost
Removed restrictions on the PA,
Pa now gives +200 force
+200 pierce
+200 energy
+200 fire
+200 xray
+200 poison
+200 pistol/rifle
+200weapon lore
+200 Psi use
+100 Dex
Spy nerf
Made spys even more gimped than now,
Massive runspeed nerf.
Changed caps to Psi 1, Str 1, dex 1, con 0, int 0.
High level mob boost
Boosted High level mobs (over rank 1/1) armor by 2000000000000%.
reduced Psi resistance to - 600000000 %
Improved Plasma Resistance to 2 trillion %
*several undocumented nerfs also*
