Melee PA stats?

I'm trying to find stats on the M-C PA's. I've tried all the patch notes, both retail and test. Searching didn't yield anything either, apart from _discussions_ about it, but no stats :)

Just like the H-C PA, but add melee instead of H-C and remove H-C instead of Agility.

One more question, doees Melee require WEP? I see that the Melee experience memory gives +WEP?

No it doesnt need WPL, i think its a bug ^^
