pistol PE with libby/blacksun setup

can you have a PE thats able to use a blacksun and still cap everything there is to cap on libby?

or will i have to gimp myself?

what implants would i need to be able to do it....?

SF, SA, Distance3. PE PA3.

Can replace SA by BW3.

The fourth brainchip should either be a moveon/resistor or a BA3
if you want to use judge/rolh/PA4.

I cap everything on my Libi and my Blacksun.

SF/Bal 3/MoveOn/Resistor

I implant and hack, and under Dex there's enough points left for a decent amout of agility - all while wearing PA3.

You will cap libby damage but not the RoF, the RoF will still be
decent tho, it gets you stealth 1 too, thats the big advantage
imo. Theres no gimping involved, thats my old setup.

If you dont have a SA then Id suggest SF, Bal3, MOVEON, PP,
reflex booster 3 (not experimental, no the lvl4; Reflex Booster 3)

If you have a SA then use that instead of the Bal3 and swap the
ref booster 3 for a ref booster 4.

With PA3 and Self-Buff: Pistol 170, Agl 75.

Exp reflex spine 4.

With PA 3, that's enough dex for lib, and distance gives better bonuses than ballistic/balance. Still enough int for med fire or poison belt.

That's exactly what i used. Before I rerolled to a tank :p

If you replace the Ball 3 with a SA you can also use judge.
