To be real, i live in Argentina, South America, and i can't tell my english is the best, but i can at least talk and listen.
I even read books in english, i learned computing reading thousands of pages in english.
For the normal "mid class" population here English is like a must, even scholls teach it, and im not talking about exclusive high class scholls, im talking about almost all of em.
High scholls keep teaching it at well, so you have at least 5 to 6 years of english (the lest you might have are 3).
But anyway there are a lot of private institutes, were you can go and learn more than they teach you in scholl.
Well maybe here at the edge of this freaking world we learn more things than other more develeped countries?
I can't believe that, so stop being lazy and learn some english, or as i told before in another post, go play with fire at your rock cave, couse you are missing the 21th century.
