planetside has shutdown all servers offline all customer support gone. everything closed

All Sony Online Entertainment customer service support is closed due to the wild fires raging throughout San Diego and the proximity of those fires to the SOE offices. Normal operations will resume once this local emergency is over.

The fire only started because someone tried to play PS on a PC without 100 gigs of memory, it overheated from excesive HD thrashing and exploded, causing the fire.
