Monk PA Where to get it?

Where can I get the Monk PA? I read in one of the threads that you go to an ASG shop at Plaza 3. I ran Pl3 flat but cant find anybody giving you the bag. Don't even know what ASG shop is.

In stickies cant find info on how to get monk PA

Looked search function but there are something like 200 threads dealing with all kinds of 'monk' issues but can't find one dealing with location of monk PA

What is the secret?

Well, the problem is that the NPCs sometimes are bugged or even not there at all.. o_O

if ur getting pa one is ok, the npc at tthe crahn abbey is usually there, if u cant talk to him, just relog and u will be able to. If the others arent there u ahve to get a gm
