How do I get a signature banner made? Are there people who will do them for free or must I make one myself?

I can do banners. Only thing is that I'm pretty lazy when it comes to these things. Especially if I had to work for free. You can see a clan banner below that I made in like 30mins or so. Anyways... I could do one but it might even take years to get started :lol:
