Faction Lose Bug

I logged on to my APU and was just sitting in plaza 3 for a while and I just get a List of you have "lost a great deal of sympathy with *"

it seems i have lost faction with all factions and now my faction sympathy is all messed up

I don't want to log in because I don't want to end up faction less and have negative faction sympathy with all factions

Wow thats gay. Are you in a clan? I hear that the symp in a clan is averaged out amongst the players so if one player goes on a murderous rampage then it'll lower the faction symp. Does anyone know if this is correct?

Yeah, happened to me like 100 times... once i mailed the helpdesk but didn't get any answer.
