how do i setup outlook express for my mail

ya how do i do that , the mail provider is canada.com.

Depends on your providers settings. What you need to know is;
1) your email address
2) your user name to login
3) your password to login
4) protocol they use (Imap, Pop)
5) incoming mail servers
6) outgoing mail servers.

Then in outlook express goto tools, then accounts, then add, then mail. It should walk you through it from there.
