Resist help - again

Ok after taking all advice i understood. i came back with feck all :/

frankly i just dont get these bloody resists...

i used the resist chart and came up with these as my final resists (with armour and resist 2)



FOR FIR ENR XRR POR

215.6 53.6 111.1 71.1 27.0

Damage reduction in %

81.04% 57.99% 79.33% 65.50% 17.82%

remainder of plain Damage (PvP)

6.32% 14.00% 6.89% 11.50% 27.39%


I been told that this is shite.. and frankly i suck at PvP.. so anyone help meh?

I was under the impression that the following were true:

-Armour caps at 200

-The max damage reduction is 76% (at 200 armour)

-Shelters/Deflectors further reduce the damage


- combined armour of over 200 still only blocks 76% damage.

- ENR at 111.1 blocks nothing like 76% (maybe 67%)

- FIR at 53.6 blocks 32%

- XRR at 71.1 blocks 43%


Are you counting a shelter/deflector in the damage reduction part?

Are you a PE? (I'm guessing a spy would have much better XRR and lower FOR)

If you're a PE, I don't understand how your FIR can be so low.

But.. I don't care too much these days.
