when does it stutter?

NC's very system resource heavy, just check whats running in the background, anything like winamp etc, teamspeak, ventrillo, ICQ/MSN etc etc, also check other things like if you havebroadband you may have software monotoring your connection etc...

when i built my new comp i had that problem.

I kept my GF2Pro in and I got that happenin to me.

I fixed it by setting my refresh rate to 75hz (highest possible for my flatpanel) and it was fine.

then it kept coming back every time i rebooted. The problem seemed to be fixed on my g/fs profile but not on mine (sysadmin winxp home).

I just kept fixing the 75hz thing and it buggered off of its own accord.

It is something to do with your options in the display/settings tab.

Have a play and see what it does for you.

oh yeaah, take your hardware acceleration slider down to the point below full and that did something too. Made it happier i think.

All better now :)
