Question about the customer forums etc

Just wonderd, but its been like 6+ months, probably closer to 9 or 10 since the one ring0 was banned, well im pretty sure Odin said something about some bans had been revoked or something like that when the customer forums came along, anyways, whats the chances of ring0 being able to post again, he has a activa account and does still play (i pay for it cause im just that nice :D) but its 'his' account, cmon guys:O
