The Drom Cave - right, inside is a 120/120 Drom Queen, who fires holy parashock @ you and spawns cute little 95/95 drom princes, who shoot holy lightening at you, and also spawn little 80/80 drom princesses who shoot holy poisonthingy at you, and spawn little 45/45 mobs who run upto you and go "sex" or "Neil".
The Drom Queen drops a new super spell called "Holy Sex" and when cast, all the mobs that would shoot at you, instead, run upto you and sex you instead :D
