Q About CST Slot Enhancers

basicly does quality matter??

IE : If i made it with my 125//150 CST'r would it effect it or make any dif if a 200+//150 cst'r made it ?

Ultima mods, implants, and slot enhancers all build to 120% quality as long as you suceed (should be fine, a long time ago I built someones Marine with 85 cst).
