Trying to get monk PA

I couldn't find any posts on this so I don't know what my problem is. I'm trying to get monk PPU PA 3 but Ive had a butt load of problems. For one it took the NPC about 30 minutes to talk to me the first time. Then I learned I also need a group heal. Doh. Back to the city. Come back. Another 15 minutes to get him to talk to me. I have the wrong Spirit Vest. Doh. Back to the city. Come back. He talks to me right away. Yay! But then I notice the tank PA 3 I had with me is totally gone. I dont know what happened to it. I think the guy took it or something. I was pissed, but I really wanted this monk PA, so I bought another tank PA 3. And now the vendor is telling me I have the wrong PA??!? Uh, what in the heck am I doing wrong? I did exactly what the Crahn guy told me to do...

its bugged to hell, same with the PE/SPY PA's. Wish KK would get off their arse and fix it :mad:

Make sure you have the HC PA, not the MC PA.

dunno what the spell is u need, but u need the following:
-LAW chip
-20 chitin
-tank armorsuit (the one after x-13a)
-spirit vest
DoY chips from the DoY guy at the DoY gate at K_14
- and finally the unknown spell w/e it is


and yeah, sometimes the guy is bugged & unable to be talked to, other than that hes fine
