Neocron Skillmanager Advance v .9 RC2 build 110

Can someone help me find this application? I cant seem to find it, and its alot like the normal skill manager but this one has all of the imps and armors and such added in so that you can see instantly how you can setup your character. Can someone who knows where its at help me find it?
