PowerRun makes excellent rares. The 4 slot FL is totally artifact with 1 ammo mod and 1 slot free. Need to update the pic as I can use it now =)

If i had some good hosting, i would post pictures of my unholy blacksun of doom ( 5 slotter ) , and most of my collection of retail massively slotted guns for everyone here to enjoy.

Its simple, they are part of a large clan that farms rare parts as commonly as you breath. Then they mass-produce them until they get these kick-ass slotted rares, sell the crappier ones, and repeat.
They also usually have capped constructors with lvl 3 cst buff, full cst chips in their heads, drugged up like 70's hippies, AND in construction outpost building them.:p

3 slot CS, that's the best i have. most slots i've ever had was 4, but that was a long ways back on a double edged sword, nothing too great :p i've always had horrible luck with slots.

Look at his other items for sale and you can read some of his chat, a friend of pete the psi and also cracky is on his local list on some of the screenshots :) What a dumbass. Now judging what class he is by what the weapons are like to him, you must be able to guess who it is if you play on pluto.

It's for sure TL related.. on high-level items you get the name already with good stats on it, while a two slotted Crahn Heal gets no name on it (or even three slots, don't remember). :p

And about slots. artifact n shit, ive got a 4 slot moonie that is all artifact but doesnt have a constr name on it, the constr has left and deleted his char
ive seen a 5 slot pe made with 2 stats artifact before modding too :) given it wont happen very often but it does :p

My CST made a 3 slot 120/120/120/119 PE :eek: got screenies on my PE at home of some of the stuff my cst made... jet blaque has that PE on pluto now :)
You only get the constructors name on a weapon if it has a slot or more (the amount of slots needed is tl dependant)

Conclusion: You can make naturally artifact weapons, of the lower techlevel variety (highest tl rare I have seen fully artifact unmodded is a tl 93 paineaser with 2 slots, not kurais though :p) And the stats of the gun does NOT determin whether there is a constructors name or not, just the slots :) The slots needed to get a name depend on techlevel. For a stilleto it is 5 and for a malediction or another high tl rare it is just one.

I have a 3 slotted artifact Moon Striker on Uranus, that used to have the constructers name on it.
I looked at it yesterday and couldn't get the constructers name to show at all...:confused:

I wouldn't do that. Kinda low imo o_O when people start selling weapons and stuff that haven't released yet on eBay or where ever that might be it ruins the game, can't you see that? If someone would offer me that weapon for free ingame I would report that to a GM and get it out of hands of any players.

names DO vanish when you delete the CST< I deleted my CST on pluto, the names dissapeared from the weapons he built, deleted the CST on saturn, names also dissapeared off those too

And these are on my Tank, Gundam.
I bought the Male from BusDriver and my RL m8 gave me his TriDe just before he quit. Hence it {TriDe} has sentimetal value and will NOT BE SOLD/TRADED! So do not ask me!
I also have a 4 slotted Crahn Energy Beam on my monk that another m8 in-game is letting me borrow :D...
And to that person, yes m8 it is still in action :)

i wish i had some good leet rares...to bad all of mine are either 0 or 1 slot.
(2 0 slot cs's one 1 slot. 3 0 slot hl's, 2 1 slots...etc...

ive used, roe, glyc, inspector gadget...uhhh...and a couple others i cant think of
roe made 2 of my rares, both no slots.
glyc made my cs, no slot...and he was drugged like a mofo at a factory...
edit: oh yea i think glyc was the one who made my leet 1 slotted CS...i was pretty happy about that, hell...atleast i could put a ammo mod on it

Im not too sure on roe, I had 3 pain easers made in a week, 1 slot and 2 2 slotters, shitty stats aswell o_O

Roe built my 5 slot CS.
Smoothie on Saturn built a m8 of mine Four 4 slotted Energy Beam IN A ROW ! :eek: :eek:
After about 3/4 of a day* getting these parts together I had my first ever Holy Lightning built...

that has the got to be some kind of complex talent...
never seen so bad an item EVER constructed, bought.... but i wouldn´t call it worthless.... a thing THAT BAD, has got to be "one of a kind" and when its "one of a kind" well... then its more valuable than even the best most needed completed mc5rares on most highly priced server.... :/ its scary ^^ a collectors unique item...

It's not really unique - go to the monk PA constructor with missing parts, he takes your bolt, says some other parts are missing and you get back a bolt with exactly this stats.
