monk PA guy

where did the guy go to make the monk PA's hes not in the twakeen village where he was a month ago please help i lost mine and i need to get anopther made i have every thing for it just hes not there

afaik he should still be there, someone may of killed him off, might have to contact a GM to get him to respawn
