What kinda of quiality will it make it?

The quality as in "artifact" or "outstanding" doesn't really matter for chips.
Or does it perhaps afffect the rate regarding loss of quality? Haven't really thought of it before...

First of all you cant cr8 it before so a noob cst cant make it and 100ish is just fine becasue you cant wreck any parts...

Just fail and worst would be relog so you get the parts back "inv bug" ooh well imps = no stats and all your crappy stuff u make has condition 120/120 so what can I say? Just cst the imp and imp your self and have fun...
