Has anyone else experienced this?
I installed Direct X 9 last night and when i logged on i was getting 3-7 FPS up near Tescom, and then only 30 fps in my Apt.

If Direct X = Slow FPS in Neocron then just uninstall DX at all, that should give you max FPS ever :p

Yes, and since NC actually _requires_ DirectX, you should be able to get a theoretical FPS of around 5-6 billion.
If you involve quantum physics that is.

Dont uninstall directx lol you wont be able to play anything else. If you click on your video card properties it will most likely say something like (PCI MODE) next to your card type in the directx properties when it should say (AGP 4X) or something like that. If thats the case then you probably need to upgrade your computers bios and then it will work.
