Anyone have any idea of the exact skill values a fully capped spy would need to cap a (Fully artifact) Slasher, and a (Fully artifact)Disruptor?

I need to know this for something I'm trying to figure out.

Edit: Actually, for general purposes, I'd appreciate fully capped values on a fully artifact version of any weapon, of any class. Now I tihnk about it, that should be more helpful to figure this out...

178 PC i think for the slasher

and 181 RC for the disruptor, both are with a generous helping of weplore and just enough TC for both

Any idea of the weaponlore values as well? I'm trying to figure out if there's some logic behind the skill needed.
