I've got a friend playing a tank and I was curious what we have to do to put him in tank PA (I'm trying to extend his life as a chaincraft gunner). Is it from a mission or made from dropped parts? Where can I look this up?

He's not joking, I found a guy in the cafe next to the Genrep who sells 4 varieties of each type of tank PA starting at around 70K. Unfortunately the lowest level suit requires a STR of 85 and it only goes up from there. Something for the future, I guess.
