What are some good movies produced by them?

I've seen the King Arthur one and the Meaning of Life one.

While we're at it what is this song (http://www.funnyheck.com/coconuts.html) from?

Life of Brian is by far the best film IMO

but try and get hold of the cassette tapes or even on CD if they have been converted, We brought a box set to listen to when we toured the States and it is possibly the most memorable part of the whole tour. Dead Parrot springs to mind!! lol

Jabberwack

and the TV shows called Monthy Python's flying Circus (don't know how many episodes - probably about 30-40)

Life of Brian is good movie.

Meaning of Life is funny too, and I think it offends just about everyone.

On the monthy Python skits... Myself and Jaggeh did a "Dead Drone Sketch" which I planned to make into an NC movie (about 47MB in WAV including outtakes). Just haven't got time yet.

Anyone know of a good WAV editor (free) that I can splice the out-takes out and convert to MP3? That way I can at least post the voices.

The Life of Brian's the most theatrical and most thought-out flick of the jolly Python bunch.

And while we're at it, that song's from one of their "educational" episodes from their series 'Monty Python's Flying Circus'.

Edit: btw, the flying circus had quite a lot of episodes. A cable channel 'round where I live had them running every day during the whole last summer.

Terry Gillam (http://us.imdb.com/name/nm0000416/) was the Python that directed the Monty Python movies and the only American member of the cast.

He has had a number of projects unrelated to Python, some of which might surprise you.

Time Bandits (http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0081633/)
Brazil (http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0088846/)
The Adventures of Baron Munchausen (http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0096764/)
The Fisher King (http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0101889/)
Twelve Monkeys (http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0114746/)
Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas (http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0120669/)

The trial of the witch is brilliant.

"And what else floats in water?"

"Small pebbles!" "Churches!" "A duck!"

"Right, a duck! Therefore..."

<silence>

"if she weighs as much as a duck..."

"She's a witch and we burn her!"

A newt ?

I....I got better.....

BURN HER ANYWAYS!!!

If you haven't seen any of the tv series i highly recommend getting the dvds of the eps.

My 4 all time fav sketches (beside the parrot sketch) are the argument sketch, the upper class twit of the year relay, how to defend yourself from someone attacking you with fresh fruit and the last supper sketch (the one where the cardinal argues with Michaelangelo about the painting of the last supper).
