Anyone can tell me if Kuala Lumpur is in the "East/West" part of Malaysia?

Its late at night, my mirc is spoilt, and i need to fill up this damn exit permit so i can watch Linkin Park live in Malaysia.

Been to Johar Maroo (forget spelling). Didn't like it at all, mind you had just bopped over from clean and sparkly Singapore.

Kuala Lumpur is a lot nicer though.;

one of them was "no shouting" that means he cant sing at a tone above normal talking loudness or whatever, and no raunchy / sexual behavoirs, and nothing that would go agaisnt islamic law
