Monks moving slower?

I could just be imagining things, but it appears that my monk is definatly moving slower than he was before 190/191.

When I am running it feels slugish, like I am encumbered, even though I have plenty of freeload left.

Anyone else getting this?

He means when compared to the speed his char was running at pre patch, same ammount of stuff in inventory... just seems slower o_O

I experienced a similar problem yesterday, though I was on my tank. It only lasted for about 30 seconds, but I could definitely notice the difference. A clanmate said it happened to him too at about roughly the same time.

Yes I was wearing my PA, but as \\Fényx// stated, I am comparing the speed to when I was wearing the PA before 190/191.
