hi, I'm biotech and have 56 fs, I've tried talking to this dude MacMillin in the biotech building, but he wont' talk to me

is this the right guy?

wrong forum btw, but if your looking to start the Epic, talk to the Human Rescources Managers, there's like 5+ in BT HQ..if that fails, try the Director. Anywho, good luck with it :)
