Copbots everywhere?

I just returned to the City for the first time in weeks and noticed that there are copbots everywhere, even tunnels that run up or around in a zone (like from Yo's to the Subway station in P2). They look like they are spaced to cover turns and angles that someone might hide behind while sneaking in. Is this a portent of an impending DoY?

So if you're anti-city start moving out of your plaza and via apps and invest in non-city real estate.
