Gamma Bones??

I heard in game that we could finally get gamma bones and was directed to the forum to find some sort of recipe and then I go into Biotech HQ, but I don't see the thread with this info. Currently I'm tangent so I cant enter Biotech, but I wanted to know what this recipe is or where I can find it. Any help would be appreciated.
