As you can see, even now it's possible to buy the Object Removal tool. I'm guessing for getting rid of dynamic objects, but if you try to equip it nothing happens.

Killing NPC's hurts :D Yes that was done entirely by killing NPCs, not a single runner was killed.

it does nothing iirc... but is prob meant for dynamic objects

AFAIK, It works on dynamic objects that are in your apartment.
